At Odyssey BMX, we stand by the quality of our components and want to ensure you are back on your bike as soon as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused parts in their original branded packaging and ensure all hardware, spacers, and manuals are included before sealing the box.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned components, we will process your refund or ship your replacement parts within 5-7 business days.
